Donald L. Shaner has been practicing law since 1995 and is admitted in Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois Trial Bar and the U.S. Court of Appeals 7th Circuit.

Mr. Shaner has been in private practice since admission to the bar. In addition to a career as an attorney, Mr. Shaner had a long and successful track record in sales for a major medical company.

Mr. Shaner practices throughout Cook, Lake, McHenry, Kane, DuPage Counties and works at both the State and Federal level.

Mr. Shaner belongs to the Northwest Suburban Bar Association, the Illinois Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.

Mr. Shaner earned his Juris Doctor from John Marshall School of Law, and his Bachelor's Degree from DePaul University.
